Art of Drawers is looking for part-time installation partners who are skilled craftsmen who know how to use a toolbox, saw, drill, and level and want to be known for providing a platinum level of service.
Qualifications- No degree or certification required, we are looking for individuals with carpentry / craftsman / handyman experience
- Tools and vehicle large enough to carry materials to job sites
- The expectations are that you have all necessary equipment, like tools, a vehicle, a laptop, printer, etc.
Installers are also encouraged to pick up additional work directly with clients outside of their Art of Drawers work. Average installers make $40-60/hr with opportunities to make more based on efficiency that is taught in our training. This equates to 7% of the sales price.
Installer candidates must complete our training at the Home Office to be certified. This requires a payment of $750 and travel. Your franchise partner will work with you to guarantee revenue assigned to them and/or refund them after X number of installs.
Installer candidates should understand that each project has 2 components; a measurement appointment to confirm initial measurements and an installation component, which includes the inspection.
