Maintenance Technician

This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Antonio, TX, for a Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and improvements to residential properties. Daily tasks include inspecting equipment, addressing maintenance requests, repairing appliances, maintaining HVAC systems, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. The role also involves assisting with property upkeep, landscaping, cleaning, and overall support to provide a high-quality living experience for residents.

• Technical skills in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems maintenance and repair
• Proficiency in general maintenance, including carpentry, painting, and appliance repair
• Problem-solving skills, troubleshooting, and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of compliance with safety protocols and building codes
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
• Physical capability to perform duties including lifting, standing, and working in various conditions
• Previous experience in property maintenance or related field is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent education; trade certifications are a plus
