Plumbing Foreman - Data Center Project

Pay Range: $35 - $45/hour
CCS Construction Staffing is seeking experienced Plumbing Foremen for a large-scale data center project in San Antonio, TX. This is a direct hire opportunity for strong field leaders who can manage crews, maintain quality standards, and keep production on schedule in a fast-paced commercial environment.
Position Overview:
The Plumbing Foreman will lead a crew of 10-15 plumbers/pipe fitters within a designated section of the project. This role requires hands-on experience, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate daily activities while ensuring work is completed safely and to specification.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise a crew of 10-15 plumbers/pipe fitters
* Install and oversee work involving PVC, water mains, and copper piping systems
* Coordinate overhead, above slab, and below slab piping installations
* Assist with installation and coordination of water chiller systems
* Perform and maintain QA/QC standards on all work
* Read and interpret blueprints and plumbing drawings
* Coordinate daily workflow and manpower with project leadership
* Report progress and issues to Superintendents on-site
* Maintain safety, productivity, and quality standards on the jobsite
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Plumbing Foreman on commercial or industrial projects
* Experience leading crews of 10-15 workers
* Strong knowledge of plumbing and piping systems
* Experience with QA/QC processes
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
