Job Location: NAPCO Precast SA - San Antonio, TX 78250
Salary Range: $16.00 - $19.00 Hourly
Responsible for smoothing out, leveling and finishing freshly poured concrete at job.
Primary responsibilities- Smooth out concrete in segments to ensure the concrete poured is level.
- Spread concrete.
- Level it using special blades, making sure all lumps and bubbles are smoothed over.
- Smooth high spots and fill depressions.
- Pour concrete beams, columns, and panels.
- Finish corners by hand.
- Use groovers and hand trowels to spread concrete.
- Halt concrete pouring if weather looks bad.
- Cover concrete for curing.
- Clean all accessible hardware.
- The ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs.
- Push and Pull up to 100 lbs (Power Trowel).
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- The ability to keep your hand and arm steady while moving your arm or while holding your arm and hand in one position.
- Be on feet 8 to 12 hours shifts.
