Plumbing General Foreman - Data Center Project

Pay Range: $40 - $51/hour

CCS Construction Staffing is seeking experienced Plumbing General Foremen for a large-scale data center project in San Antonio, TX. This is a direct hire opportunity for high-level field leaders who can manage multiple crews, coordinate large sections of work, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to specification.

Position Overview:

The General Foreman will oversee a major portion of the project, managing multiple crews (up to 5 crews of 10-15 workers each). This role requires strong leadership, advanced plumbing/piping knowledge, and the ability to coordinate large-scale operations in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage multiple plumbing/pipe fitting crews across assigned project areas

* Oversee installation of PVC, water mains, and copper piping systems

* Supervise overhead, above slab, and below slab piping installations

* Coordinate work involving water chillers and related systems

* Perform and enforce QA/QC standards across all crews

* Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical/plumbing drawings

* Plan manpower, workflow, and daily production goals

* Communicate directly with Superintendents and project leadership

* Ensure safety compliance and maintain jobsite productivity

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a General Foreman on large commercial or industrial projects

* Experience managing multiple crews (50+ total workers)

* Strong background in plumbing and piping systems

* Experience with QA/QC processes and large-scale coordination

* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans

* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

* Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
