We are hiring skilled and dependable maintenance professionals to support multiple residential communities across the San Antonio region. These roles are ideal for individuals who enjoy hands on work, solving problems, and helping residents feel safe and comfortable in their homes. We have openings for Maintenance Technicians, HVAC Maintenance Technicians, and Maintenance Supervisors at various levels. All positions require participation in a rotating after hours on call schedule.

Maintenance TechnicianPay Range
$20.00 to $27.00 per hour depending on level and experience
Position SummaryMaintenance Technicians support the daily maintenance operations of the community. You will complete repairs, support unit turnovers, and help maintain the overall quality and safety of the property.
Key Responsibilities- Complete hands on repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and resolve resident work orders
- Prepare vacant units for new residents by completing repairs, painting, and installations
- Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment
- Maintain grounds and common areas as needed
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Complete service requests in a timely and efficient manner
- One to two years of hands on maintenance experience
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift more than 75 pounds
- Ability to participate in an on call rotation
- Three to six years of advanced maintenance experience
- Specialized certifications such as HVAC or Electrical
- Ability to complete more complex repairs and support larger property needs
Pay Range
$23.00 to $30.00 per hour depending on experience and certifications
Position SummaryThe HVAC Maintenance Technician specializes in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating and cooling systems while also supporting general maintenance needs throughout the community.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including compressors, motors, coils, and thermostats
- Perform preventative maintenance on heating and cooling equipment
- Handle refrigerants safely and in compliance with EPA standards
- Complete general maintenance tasks including plumbing and electrical repairs
- Prepare vacant units and ensure all systems meet quality standards
- Respond to resident work orders with professionalism and urgency
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and completed work
- One to two years of hands on HVAC experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repair
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Pay Range
$25.00 to $37.00 per hour depending on level, certifications, and property size
Position SummaryThe Maintenance Supervisor leads the onsite maintenance team and ensures the community is safe, well maintained, and operating efficiently. This role blends hands on technical work with leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, train, and mentor the onsite maintenance team
- Assign work orders, manage daily schedules, and support a high performance culture
- Perform advanced hands on maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
- Manage the work order system from start to finish
- Coordinate and inspect the work of outside vendors
- Oversee the make ready process to ensure timely unit turnovers
- Conduct routine property inspections and address issues proactively
- Support budgeting, inventory, and expense control
- Participate in a rotating on call schedule for after hours emergencies
- Two to three years of maintenance supervisory experience
- Proven ability to supervise and develop at least one or more direct reports
- Advanced knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- General computer literacy for managing work orders and reporting
- Experience managing larger properties ranging from 200 to more than 750 units
- Experience leading larger maintenance teams
