* Assist with the installation of fire alarm equipment and the service, repair and maintenance of fire alarm systems under direct supervision of a licensed Fire Alarm Technician.
* Assist with diagnosing and evaluating systems that require servicing as well as troubleshoot issues that arise during inspections under direct supervision of a licensed Fire Alarm Technician.
* Interact with customers, contractors, vendors and other employees in a respectful, professional manner.
* Some overtime, nights, weekends and on-call hours may be required.
