Pest Control Technician​/Exterminator - TX - San Antonio

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth inspections, develop solutions and treat customer facilities.
• Maintain excellent customer relations with business clients through professional service, knowledgeable communication and precise documentation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships by responding to customer requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing in-depth training provided and company resources to decide on the most efficient and best overall solution for each customer's needs.
• Possess a high degree of attention to detail, the ability to work independently and to be self-motivated.
• Develop knowledge and expertise in pest control methods and products through provided training.
• Maintain accuracy of all customer and IFC records.
• Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to work necessary hours to complete complex customer requirements as needed.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.
• Pest control for the food and commodity industries.
• Some weekend, holiday work and traveling required.
• Must have the ability to attain a Pest Control License and CDL Class C License with Hazardous material endorsement.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

• Good driving record and ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties with or without accommodations.
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
