Corporate Crane and Rigging Safety Manager Job Description
Zachry Group is searching for a Corporate Crane and Rigging Safety Manager to support new construction sites across the country.
Responsibilities- Crane Training (TSS, TLL, LAT, OVH, TWR)
- Signal Person Training
- NCCCO Refresher Training (Crane, Rigging, Signal Person)
- NCCCO Written Exams (Crane, Rigging, Signal Person)
- NCCCO Practical Exams (Crane, Rigging, Signal Person)
- Support Sub-Committee’s (Crane and Rigging)
- Competent Person Training
- Create/Develop New Programs
- Support Compliance Organizationally for all Managed Programs
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma
- Formal OJT or Apprentice Program
- 3-5 years of experience
- Ability to travel up to 90%
- NCCCO certifications in Crane, Rigging, and Signal Person
- CDL and experience hauling trailers
- 5 years of experience
- NCCCO certification - Lift Director, Tower, and Overhead
Employee will work in multiple environments on site. Work site noise levels will be moderate to high. Job site will contain: light to heavy equipment vehicles, small to large equipment, materials, communication equipment and tools, people standing, walking, sitting, signaling and talking, bells, whistles and alarms.
