• Two or more years of painting experience.
• Detail‑oriented and committed to quality work.
• Professional appearance and clean‑cut image (neat grooming, well‑kept uniform).
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Team player who supports colleagues.
• Comfortable working on ladders and using painting tools.
• Valid driver’s license.
