Pay: $20-$25 per hour, based on experience

Nations Roof is seeking a dependable Commercial Roofing Service Technician / Helper to join our growing team. This hands-on role supports commercial roof repair and maintenance projects while working alongside an experienced Lead Technician.

Responsibilities

* Assist with commercial roof repairs, leak investigations, and maintenance

* Remove and install roofing materials, including insulation, membranes, flashings, and metal components

* Perform roofing work according to manufacturer specifications

* Maintain professional customer interactions

* Keep company vehicles, tools, and materials organized and job-ready

* Follow OSHA and company safety standards

* Travel to job sites throughout the Houston area

Qualifications

* Minimum 1 year of roofing or construction experience

* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

* Ability to use hand and power tools

* Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks

* Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety
