Dry Finisher

Salary Range: $16.00 - $18.75 hourly

Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete, such as floors, walls, double Ts, columns, or beams using a variety of hand and power tools.

• Rub cement in with sponge-rubber float or burlap.
• Finish corners by hand.
• Patch holes/cracks on concrete walls.
• Remove and clean excess concrete from the walls.
• Use grinders on blemishes.
• Drill or core drill holes as needed.
• Clean all hardware.
• Cut concrete as indicated on repair orders.
• Climb stacks of walls and TTs.

• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs.
• Be on feet 8 to 12 hour shifts.
• Work outside all day in heat or cold.
• Push and pull 30 lbs.
• Work overtime and mandatory Saturdays when scheduled.
• Must be clean shaven in order to wear a face mask or respiratory.
• Pass fit test (mask fits properly & protects adequately) & pulmonary function test (evaluate function of lungs).
