Facilities Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leader in facility management and maintenance, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the Facilities Operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Facilities Maintenance Technician

$29hr- $31hr

8am- 5pm

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across various systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, and safety systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor and record system readings, making adjustments as necessary to maintain efficiency and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory management, procurement, and coordination of contracted maintenance services.
• Support team members with multi-faceted tasks, contributing to a collaborative work environment.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• Experience with chillers, air compressors, condensers, HVAC, and piping systems (500+ tons).
• EPA 608 Type II Certification.
• Basic proficiency with computer applications such as Word and Excel.
