• Perform aircraft electrical modification, repair, installation, and troubleshooting work
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical orders
• Install and repair wire harnesses, connectors, coaxial cables, and fiber optic wiring
• Perform operational testing and inspections on aircraft electrical systems
• Follow safety procedures including FOD and Lockout/Tagout requirements
• Support aircraft maintenance and modification projects to meet schedule goals
• Work in confined spaces, on elevated platforms, and in rotating shift environments as required

• 4+ years of aircraft electrical/electronic maintenance experience
• Experience with aircraft electrical systems, troubleshooting, and wiring installation
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and maintenance instructions
• Experience with connector terminations, wire routing, and electrical assemblies
• Depot-level maintenance or aircraft modification experience preferred
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, overtime, and travel if required
• Ability to lift approximately 35 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual) to comply with ITAR requirements
