Carpenter; Measure Technician

Job Summary

Champion is seeking a Carpenter / Measure Technician to accurately measure customers’ homes for installations and to complete service jobs, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Measure products at customer homes
• Repair windows, siding, and sunrooms
• Order and track repair/installation services
• Assist with management reporting and communication as requested
• Interact with homeowners to provide home‑improvement services
• Safely perform all aspects of the job in compliance with federal, state, and local laws
• Use hand tools such as a brake, utility knife, hammer, and deglazing tools
• Apply math skills with tape measures and angles
• Maintain a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or GED preferred; construction trade school a plus
• 3 to 5 years of experience in home improvement/construction, including carpentry, roofing, and window installation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
