Flooring Operations Manager in San Antonio

FPN Services is looking for a Flooring Operations Manager to join the team in the Converse, TX office, servicing the greater San Antonio area. The Operations Manager must possess excellent customer service skills. The Operations Service Manager must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience selling, installing and/or inspecting all flooring types, including wood, laminate, tile, vinyl and carpet.

The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience and knowledge surrounding flooring materials and installation standards. The Operations Manager will be responsible for resolving any customer satisfaction issues, including issues escalated beyond the customer service call center team. Must also be able to measure and quote commercial and residential installations as needed.

• The Operations manager will communicate with customers and attempt to resolve any issues to great customer satisfaction.
• On occasion, make determinations regarding the proper course for repair of the floor, and decide if the fault was due to installer error.
• Make daily jobsite visits and communicate results of those visits back to office.
• Will visit office in Converse daily, at both start and end of day.
• Responsible for daily operation of office

Dress code is professional. Company vehicle will be provided for travel to and from inspections and jobsite visits. Service area stretches from New Braunfels to Kerrville to Del Rio.

• 5+ years of customer service experience.
• 3+ years of customer service management experience.
• 3+ years of flooring installation experience in all types - carpet and hard surface.
• High level of professionalism in dealing with customers, team members and installers.
• Must pass an extensive background check.
• MUST be bilingual.
