La Familia Cortez Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment and HVAC systems across locations. This hands-on role requires strong mechanical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will assist in preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and communicate effectively with restaurant leadership. A valid Texas Driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds are required.
