As a Plumbing Apprentice, you will:

• Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
• Learn to read blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
• Support the layout and assembly of piping, fixtures, valves, and fittings
• Practice proper tool use, material identification, and safe work methods
• Work closely with journeyman plumbers and supervisors to develop proficiency
• Attend required ABC classes weekly (typically in the evenings)
• Progress through a structured training program with regular evaluations
• Follow all TDIndustries and job site safety standards
• 4-year commitment to both on-the-job training and ABC schooling
• ABC classes cover: plumbing theory, code requirements, math, blueprint reading, safety, and installation practices
• Apprentices work full‑time and receive raises as skills and training benchmarks are met
• All training hours count toward eligibility for the Journeyman Plumbing License

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a skilled trade
• Interest in construction, mechanical systems, or hands‑on work
• Ability to work in outdoor and indoor job site environments
• Commitment to completing the full 4‑year apprenticeship program
• Reliable transportation to job sites and ABC classes
• Team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills
