General Construction Laborer

This is a hands‑on role for someone who is dependable, works hard, and can help wherever needed. Some days you’ll be using tools, moving materials, loading trucks, or assisting with installations. Other days you may help with shop work, field support, basic repairs, or outdoor project work.

• 2+ years of construction experience.
• Use power tools and hand tools to complete assigned work.
• Mechanical knowledge to assist with assembly and installation tasks.
• Ability to operate a forklift, roller, water truck or willingness to learn.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate completion of tasks.
• Must be self‑disciplined, trustworthy, and able to work productively with minimal supervision.
• Must have a good driving record with minimal infractions.
• Willing to travel as needed.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Work outdoors with exposure to changing weather conditions such as rain, sun, snow, and wind.
• This is a DRUG‑FREE workplace. Must be able to pass pre‑employment and random drug tests.

• Operate power tools and hand tools to complete assigned tasks.
• Assist with the assembly and installation of various components.
• Perform general labor duties such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Load and unload trucks, sign tickets and/or direct traffic.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Monday to Friday

• 8 to 12 hour shifts depending on project needs.
• Saturdays as needed.
• Overtime available.
• Year‑round work.

Este es un puesto práctico y de trabajo físico para una persona responsable, trabajadora y dispuesta a apoyar donde se necesite. Algunos días estarás usando herramientas, moviendo materiales, cargando camiones o ayudando con instalaciones. • Conocimiento mecánico básico para apoyar en tareas de ensamble e instalación.
• Capacidad para operar montacargas, rodillo compactador o pipa de agua, o disposición para aprender.
• Buena condición física y capacidad para levantar objetos pesados.
• Buen trabajo en equipo y comunicación.
• Atención al detalle para completar las tareas correctamente.
• Persona disciplinada, confiable y capaz de trabajar de manera productiva con mínima supervisión.
• Buen historial de manejo, con mínimas infracciones.
• Disponibilidad para viajar según se necesite.
• Transporte confiable.
• Capacidad para trabajar al aire libre y estar expuesto a cambios de clima como lluvia, sol, frío, nieve y viento.
• Este es un lugar de trabajo libre de drogas. Debe poder aprobar pruebas antidopaje antes de ser contratado y pruebas aleatorias durante el empleo.
