** Your Day-to-Day:
** As an HVAC/R Technician I, you’ll:
* Respond to service requests for HVAC, refrigeration, and other in-store equipment
* Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide range of systems
* Troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems using the latest tools and technology
* Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency
* Train and mentor junior technicians while collaborating with a supportive team
** What You Bring to the Table:**

* Education:

** High School Diploma or GED preferred
* *
* Experience:

** 1+ years in HVAC or refrigeration repair and maintenance
* *
* Certifications:

** EPA 608 (Type I and II or Universal) Certification
* Valid Driver’s License
* *
* Skills:

** Strong problem-solving, leadership potential, and the ability to work independently
