A1 Garage Door is seeking experienced Sales & Service Garage Door Technicians in San Antonio, Texas. This is a high-performance, in-home sales and technical role for those who can both close jobs and execute repairs. The ideal candidate is already working as a garage door technician, excels at face-to-face sales, and takes pride in delivering 5-star customer experiences.

• Uncapped earnings: $100,000–$300,000+ per year (top performers exceed $200,000)

• Minimum 1 year in garage door sales and service
• Currently employed by a reputable garage door company
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years driving record
• Ability to lift 75 lbs., bend, climb, kneel, and work in varying temperatures
• Willingness to undergo criminal background check and drug test (THC excluded)
• Comfort with navigation apps, Google tools, tablets, and software
• Reading and basic math skills for measurements and payments
• Flexibility to work shifts between 6AM and 9PM, including weekends
