Way Mechanical is a mechanical contractor located in San Antonio, Houston, Austin, Dallas, Nashville, and North Carolina. We specialize in Emergency Services, Preventive Maintenance, and SOW projects. We are seeking a self‑motivated, skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our growing Commercial Service and Maintenance group.

• Diagnose HVAC performance through observation, refrigeration, testing, and setup.
• Troubleshoot commercial equipment.
• Operate power tools, hand tools, gauges, and measuring equipment to perform service on the equipment.
• Track service‑related tasks, materials, and labor hours on company‑provided iPad.
• Communicate effectively with customers and management.

• Preferred 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience.
• Preferred 5+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance/repair.
• Ability to follow a scope.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.
• Must have a valid driver’s license in the state in which you are applying and a good driving record.
• Ability to understand the use of gauges, meters, measuring instruments, and hand/power tools.
• Must have EPA certification.
