Lula is looking for a 1099 plumber to help with property maintenance of several hundred rental properties across the San Antonio area
. We are seeking individuals who have experience in the property management industry and has an eager attitude. This individual must be trustworthy, possess great communication skills, capable with technology, and be apt in problem solving. You will need reliable transportation.
- We pay extremely fast (within 24 hours of completing a job via ACH)!!
- You sent your own hourly rates
- We have a lot of work on a daily basis
- Drywall
- Light plumbing
- Light electrical
- Painting
- Performing maintenance and light repairs
- Minor repairs/replacements on appliances
- Other miscellaneous maintenance work
- Must have valid
- Must provide your own tools and materials
- Must be willing to undergo background check
- Must have transportation
- Must have an iPhone or Android cell phone
