Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and safety‑conscious Electrician with 3–5 years of relevant experience to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience working in commercial, industrial, or construction environments and a strong understanding of electrical codes, safety regulations, and preventive maintenance practices.

Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, control systems, and equipment.
  • Diagnose electrical faults and perform troubleshooting to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and machinery.
  • Install and maintain electrical panels, motors, transformers, switch gear, and related equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes, safety regulations, and company procedures.
  • Test electrical systems and components using appropriate testing equipment and instruments.
  • Respond to emergency breakdowns and minimize equipment downtime.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and project teams to support operational requirements.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, and work documentation.
  • Assist with electrical upgrades, modifications, and improvement projects.
  • Follow lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and other workplace safety requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational certification in Electrical Technology preferred.
  • 3–5 years of hands‑on experience as an Electrician in industrial, commercial, manufacturing, construction, or related environments.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, motors, control panels, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Familiarity with electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in using electrical testing and diagnostic tools.
  • Valid US driver’s license and strong driving safety record (no more than 2 moving violations in previous 3 years).
  • Acceptable background check, clear of DWI convictions, for the last 5 years.
  • Foster teamwork and collaboration within and between departments.
Qualifications
  • Licensed Electrician or relevant electrical certification.
  • Experience with PLCs, VFDs, instrumentation, or automated systems.
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems.
  • Experience working in industrial or manufacturing environments.
