The Club is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Assistant Equipment Manager to join our golf course maintenance team. Working directly alongside the Equipment Manager and Golf Course Superintendent, this position plays a vital role in maintaining a modern fleet of equipment while supporting one of the premier newly renovated golf courses in the region.

As part of our continued investment in innovation, you will work with both conventional turf equipment and our expanding fleet of autonomous mowing technology. This role offers hands‑on experience with robotic mowers, GPS‑guided equipment, and emerging turf maintenance technologies, providing a unique opportunity to develop the skills needed for the future of golf course equipment management.

• Assist the Equipment Manager with the maintenance, repair, and preventative maintenance of all golf course equipment.
• Diagnose and repair gasoline, diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and small-engine equipment.
• Perform routine service, including oil changes, lubrication, reel grinding, bedknife adjustments, and equipment setup.
• Assist with the maintenance and support of autonomous mowing equipment and related technologies.
• Maintain accurate service records and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Assist with welding, fabrication, and equipment modifications as needed.
• Help maintain an organized, clean, and safe equipment maintenance facility.
• Work closely with the golf course maintenance team to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory management of parts, lubricants, and shop supplies.
• Support special projects and other duties assigned by the Equipment Manager and Golf Course Superintendent.

• Experience maintaining and repairing turf equipment, agricultural equipment, diesel engines, or heavy equipment preferred.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with reel and rotary mower setup is preferred but not required.
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
• An interest in autonomous equipment, GPS technology, and emerging maintenance systems.
• Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with the Equipment Manager and Superintendent.
• Valid driver's license required.

• $20 - $25 per hour based on experience.
