Job Description Summary
Scaffold Helper 1 will assist in the erection and dismantling of various types of scaffolding by passing material to other crew members from the ground level. They will also assist in the stacking of material for shipping and keep the work area safe, neat, and orderly throughout the job.

Assist with the erection, dismantling, and stacking of scaffolding materials. Pass materials to crew members. Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area at all times.
QualificationsEducation or experience that prepares you for success:
- Some trade school preferred but not required
- No direct experience required (entry level), but construction background helpful
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
Knowledge, skills, and abilities you may rely on:
- General knowledge of different types and sizes of the scaffolding materials being used
Physical demands: bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 40 pounds or more; work indoors or outdoors as required.

Pay and BenefitsBase Pay Range: $17.75 - 19.23
Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
