La Cantera Golf Club, located in San Antonio, TX, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Starter/Player Assistant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assists with the overall upkeep of Langston Golf Course.
• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assists in educating players regarding the game.
• Directs the start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Assists customers renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon their return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum qualifications include one month of related experience or training. Other qualifications include regular and reliable attendance. This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms:
