Cavender & Hill Properties is hiring a full-time Commercial Maintenance Technician in San Antonio, Texas. The selected candidate will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance, inspection, and operation of commercial properties.
Key responsibilities include performing repairs, inspections of HVAC and electrical systems, and assisting with vendor coordination. A minimum of 3–4 years of experience in building maintenance is required, along with a valid Texas driver's license.
