As a Critical Facilities Electrical Technician, you will support the operation, maintenance, and reliability of critical electrical infrastructure in a high-availability environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a proactive commitment to safety and operational excellence.

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment in mission-critical environments while following established procedures and safety protocols.
+ Conduct inspections and testing to ensure proper grounding, labeling, and overall system integrity.
+ Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, replacing or repairing components as needed to restore functionality.
+ Support system upgrades and infrastructure refresh projects, including panel modifications, cable routing, and equipment commissioning.
+ Monitor electrical systems for anomalies, alarms, or failures and respond promptly to maintain operational continuity.
+ Follow safety standards, participate in hazard assessments, and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.
+ Collaborate with facility operations teams to support the reliability of critical infrastructure systems.
** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; vocational training or apprenticeship in electrical systems preferred.
+ 5+ years of experience as an Electrician, Electrical Technician, Electrical Maintenance Technician, Electrical Engineer, or Electrical Maintenance Engineer.
+ Experience supporting mission-critical environments such as data centers, hospitals, manufacturing facilities, utilities, or refineries.
+ Knowledge of electrical distribution systems, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance practices.
+ OSHA 10 and NFPA 70E certifications preferred.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
+ Excellent communication skills and a commitment to workplace safety.
