Master Craftsman (3 Positions)

Full-time, W-2 Employee

San Antonio, Texas

• Demonstrate expertise and proficiency across a wide range of repair, maintenance, and installation tasks.
• Lead and mentor a team of apprentices and handymen, providing guidance to ensure seamless project execution and skill development.
• Collaborate closely with the Office Manager to review incoming customer leads and receive comprehensive job information for efficient planning.
• Utilize your personal truck and tools to deliver top‑notch service and workmanship, meeting our customers' needs with precision.
• Uphold our company's commitment to excellence and attention to detail, ensuring every project is completed to our high standards.
• Exemplify professionalism, reliability, and a customer‑centric approach in all interactions with clients and team members.
• Utilize your exceptional craftsmanship without the added pressure of running your own business.
• Embrace a flexible schedule, working approximately 30 hours a week from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, to strike a balance between work and personal life.

• Proven track record as a Master Craftsman in your specialized field, showcasing expertise and experience at the top of your profession.
• Possess a valid driver's license, reliable insured truck, and a comprehensive set of tools to effectively carry out tasks.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to guide and support apprentices and handymen in their professional growth.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
• Previous experience working in a team‑oriented environment and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

• Competitive hourly pay of $30‑35 per hour.
