You’ll still serve customers in the field, but you’ll also help shape the standards, processes, training, and culture that define our plumbing division for years to come.

Working directly with ownership, you’ll have a voice in shaping the standards, systems, and long-term direction of Relia Bee Plumbing by contributing to:

• Department growth and development
• Service standards and best practices
• Technician mentoring and training
• Inventory, equipment, and department process recommendations
• Customer experience initiatives
• Long-term department leadership

• Texas Journeyman Plumbing License
• Strong residential service and diagnostic experience
• Ability to educate homeowners and provide honest recommendations
• Experience with water heaters, water quality, drain systems, leak diagnosis, and residential plumbing repairs
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills
• Self-motivated professional who enjoys solving challenging problems
• Interest in mentoring others and helping build a growing department
• Valid Texas Driver License
