Job SummaryThe Hydro Excavation Technician will assist the Operator in rigging up/down a Hydrovac Truck. Must be a self‑motivated individual with strong work ethics.
Essential Functions- Adhere to company policies.
- Set up / break down of equipment.
- Operate high‑pressure wand for excavation and vacuum system.
- Inspect job site for any safety concerns or hazards.
- Keep immediate supervisor/manager aware of any issues or problems in the field.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Must work safely at all times.
- Pass a pre‑employment drug screen and random drug screening.
- Must be able to wear required PPE as assigned by HS&E Manager.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Work extended hours if needed.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Ability to work in extreme outdoor weather.
