• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and service commercial Audio Visual systems
• Install and terminate AV cabling (Cat5e/Cat6, HDMI, fiber as needed)
• Set up and commission conference room systems, displays, projectors, and audio equipment
• Integrate and program AV control systems (Crestron, Extron, AMX, or similar)
• Read and interpret AV drawings, schematics, and floor plans
• Perform system testing, calibration, and end‑user support
• Work safely on ladders/lifts in commercial environments (offices, schools, healthcare, warehouses, etc.)
• Support additional low voltage systems as needed

• Lead technician experience preferred
• Extensive commercial Audio Visual experience required (excluding stage production or helper roles)
• 3+ years of commercial AV installation experience
• Strong troubleshooting, system integration, and commissioning skills
• Ability to read and interpret AV drawings, schematics, and project documentation
• Experience working in commercial environments required
• Willingness to travel throughout Texas as needed
• Availability for overnight shifts when required
• Must have own tools
• Reliable transportation required
