Perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned facilities, areas and equipment including minor plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, painting, heating and cooling;
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and plumbing issues and reference repair manuals or parts catalogs as necessary;
Maintain CMMS records and input relevant work for tracking and trending;
Plan and schedule repairs within day-to-day hospital operations;
Conduct periodic quality checks on building systems to ensure operability
