Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician TDLR & EPA for a direct hire opportunity in San Antonio, TX. This full-time role is ideal for a skilled HVAC Service Technician with strong residential and commercial service experience, excellent diagnostic ability, and a customer-focused approach. This opportunity offers steady work, hands‑on technical variety, and the chance to service a broad range of HVAC equipment, including split systems, package units, heat pumps, furnaces, rooftop units, air handlers, and related systems.

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and service on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment.
- Install HVAC components and equipment as needed while following code, safety, and quality standards.
- Service split systems, package units, heat pumps, furnaces, rooftop units, air handlers, and related equipment.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, technical manuals, and service documentation.
- Communicate repair recommendations clearly while providing professional customer service.
- Pay: $20.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience.
