• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability on residential HVAC systems
• Knowledge of inverter technology, high-efficiency equipment, and indoor air quality solutions
• Ability to identify root causes—not simply replace parts
• Ability to interpret diagnostic findings and communicate them clearly to homeowners
• Excellent customer communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated professional who enjoys solving challenging problems
• Valid Texas Driver License
• EPA Certification
