We provide a wide range of handyman repairs and preventative maintenance services with a focus on professionalism, quality craftsmanship, and outstanding customer service. We're looking for a dependable, skilled Field Technician who takes pride in their work and enjoys solving problems for homeowners.

• Perform residential handyman repairs and maintenance
• Install ceiling fans, light fixtures, faucets, toilets, and hardware
• Install shelving, cabinets, trim, doors, and other finish carpentry
• Patch drywall, texture, caulk, and complete minor painting
• Replace smoke detectors, filters, weather stripping, and other preventative maintenance items
• Pressure wash, clean gutters, perform dryer vent cleanings, and complete exterior maintenance
• Diagnose maintenance issues and recommend solutions
• Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and office staff
• Complete digital work orders with photos before and after each job

• 3+ years of residential handyman or construction experience preferred
• Experience with carpentry, drywall, painting, minor plumbing, and basic electrical work
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75 pounds and work on ladders
• Must provide your own basic hand tools (specialty equipment provided)

• Pressure washing and exterior maintenance
