Encore Global - - Responsibilities:
Perform rigging in hospitality/convention center environments per event needs and safety standards;
Set up and secure rigging points, hang points, and motor cables and equipment;
Ensure safety by inspecting cables, trusses, and lifting gear; maintain certifications as required;
Review advanced rigging plans with Rigging Coordinator/Lead Rigger and coordinate with other trades;
Conduct ongoing visual inspection of rigging hardware and escalate issues to supervisor
