Routinely perform basic appliance repair, carpentry, plumbing/fixture repair, painting, and basic electric & lighting to prepare apartments on time;
Complete preventive maintenance tasks and document work performed with notes and materials used;
Promote good public relations with residents, service staff, contractors, and management;
Document work performed and parts used; submit daily upon completion with notes and signature
