Tube Fitter Apprentice
Location: San Antonio, TX
Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday‑Saturday: 3:30PM‑2:00AM)
Pay: $17.00/hour + 2nd Shift Premium
This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals to gain hands‑on experience in the manufacturing industry. Apprenants work under senior professionals while developing skills in tubing installation and electrical systems.

• Bend, form, and install all tubing on units.
• Perform tubing layout of units according to blueprints in shop packets.
• Identify and install valves and/or devices on units.
• Apply basic electrical knowledge as required.

Marginal functions:
Perform housekeeping and other duties as needed.

• Lift up to 50lbs occasionally.
• Stand, walk, bend, climb, crawl, reach, grasp, and pull frequently.
• Read/interpret prints frequently.
• Follow safety rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Exercise judgment frequently.
• Vision corrected to 20/20.

• Tape measure, small hand tools, power tools, and drills.

• Comprehensive understanding of Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&) and applicable electrical drawings.
• Proficiency with hand tools, electrical equipment, and measuring instruments.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area or equipment as required.
• Active participation in a Continuous Improvement Team is a condition of employment.

• Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, cold/heat (indoor and outdoor), and heavy equipment.
