- Diagnose, service, repair and sell residential HVAC systems
- Communicate findings and all available options clearly and honestly to homeowners
- Document service calls using Service Titan
- Maintain a clean, safe job-site and a professional appearance at all times
- Operate company vehicles, equipment, and provided resources responsibly and safely
- Consistently meet performance expectations tied to quality, efficiency, and customer experience
- 100% commission + bonus

Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 per year.
Professional & Compliance Standards- Clean, professional appearance required while representing the company
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- No criminal record that would prevent entering customers’ homes
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Commitment to safety, honesty, and ethical service practices
- Must have residential HVAC sales & service experience
- EPA certification
- Nate certification
