Ensure guests rooms are in good working order;
Addresses issues and performs minor construction and repair on existing structures involving plumbing, painting, HVAC and drywall repair;
Responds to guest requests for maintenance, diagnosing and repairing issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting and drywall repair;
Maintains the cleanliness and functionality of common areas such as lobbies, business centers and laundry areas;
Installs tile, cove base and interior trim using preplanned materials such as baseboard and molding
