Will Scot Corporation - - Responsibilities:
Inspect buildings and perform repairs including framing and finish carpentry, electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, running gear, and other repair tasks on modular buildings;
Perform check-in/out inspections of rented buildings and document repair scope for invoicing;
Create floor plan drawings as needed;
Maintain inventory levels of equipment/tools/parts required for service tasks;
Provide courteous customer service and explain repairs to customers
