Sandalwood Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with general maintenance and upkeep of Sosa at Palo Alto in San Antonio, TX. You will perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, pool, masonry, carpentry, painting, and appliances, and prepare vacant units.
Responsibilities include completing work orders, maintaining grounds, and providing 24-hour emergency maintenance. A valid license is required; EPA Universal/HVAC and CPO credentials are a plus.
