Will Scot Corporation - - Responsibilities:
Inspect modular buildings for repairs and readiness including framing, finish carpentry, light electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, and running gear;
Perform check-in/out inspections for on-rent and off-rent trailers to determine repair scope and invoicing;
Create floor plan drawings as needed and perform customer-requested modifications;
Maintain inventory levels of equipment/tools/parts needed for service tasks;
Provide courteous customer service and explain repairs to customers
