Operate the asphalt paver and adjust for proper depth, grade and finish cross section of asphalt material via screed extensions;
Signal operators of construction equipment to facilitate alignment and movement of materials;
Assist paving crew with asphalt layout and straight edges for smooth joints and cross-slopes;
Assist in training less experienced employees on operations, servicing, and repair of equipment;
Perform daily pre- and post-inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies
