Perform basic office remodel skills and repairs to buildings, doors, walls, flooring, and other building components;
Repair and replace power transmission equipment and mechanical components including bearings, belts, drives, sprockets, and sheaves;
Conduct preventive maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and read hydraulic schematics;
Read site drawings and symbols to repair/replace components; apply knowledge of dock maintenance methods;
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems up to 120/277 VAC for lighting and equipment; adhere to electrical safety practices
