Multi-skilled Craftsman – Ace Handyman Services Far West San Antonio needs your expertise! We are a top-rated handyman and repair service. We have provided homes and businesses throughout Far West San Antonio with quality craftsmanship for all of their repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects - both large and small - inside and outside. We are currently seeking highly motivated professional Craftsman with skills in multiple trades.

If you are looking for a W2 position that allows you the flexibility of an independent job, look no further! We find and schedule the jobs for you, and you provide the quality craftsmanship and customer service that our clients have come to expect from us. You will work from your home on a full-time or part-time basis, using your own truck or van to travel to job sites on the far west side of San Antonio and nearby areas.

Our hourly pay scale ranges from $24 to $34

We are looking for Craftsmen with a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades - from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, Drywall, masonry, flooring, including carpet installation. You must also display excellent customer service skills, including solid communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as the ability to interact positively with a diverse range of clients, fellow employees, management, and office personnel.

• Successful prior track record as a Carpenter / Craftsman; estimation skills and prior home inspection experience, strongly preferred
• Own a standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades
• Own a work truck or van
• Current and valid driver's license
• Residence within 15 miles of the city of San Antonio
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong documentation and invoicing skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Compensation: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour

The 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry.

Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers - folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.

There are Franchise Owners and Office Managers to assist with the day-to-day operations and administrative side of the business allowing our Craftsmen to focus on the tasks at-hand and provide our customers with professional services that delight our customers. Our Franchise Owners are successful, business-savvy individuals, who are ethical and treat their Staff like Family.

The safety and well-being of TEAM members is a top priority. Many of our Craftsmen are former business owners themselves and after working for an Ace Handyman Services local office, even for a short time, they have no desire to be out on their own or operating their small businesses any longer.
