Property Assessor​/Property Maintenance Technician

Real Property Management Alamo is hiring a full-time Property Assessor / Property Maintenance Technician in San Antonio. This is a hands-on field position combining property assessments with minor maintenance, make-ready work, and work order completion
.

• Perform routine property assessments
• Identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and property condition issues
• Document findings accurately, including photos and detailed notes
• Complete minor maintenance and repair work orders
• Handle general handyman tasks and minor plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, hardware, and fixture repairs
• Maintain an organized, clean, and properly stocked company work van
• Communicate professionally with residents, property owners, vendors, and team members
• Work independently in the field while managing assigned inspections and work orders efficiently

• Hands-on property maintenance, make-ready, apartment maintenance, handyman, construction, or similar experience
• General knowledge of common residential repairs and maintenance
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify property issues
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Ability to use a smartphone and mobile applications to document work
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate a company vehicle
• Ability to perform the physical requirements associated with residential property inspections and minor maintenance work
