Real Property Management Alamo is hiring a full-time Property Assessor / Property Maintenance Technician in San Antonio. This is a hands-on field position combining property assessments with minor maintenance, make-ready work, and work order completion
.
We’re looking for someone who notices the details, knows their way around a toolbox, takes pride in their work, and can work independently while providing excellent service to our residents and property owners.

- Perform routine property assessments
- Identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and property condition issues
- Document findings accurately, including photos and detailed notes
- Complete minor maintenance and repair work orders
- Handle general handyman tasks and minor plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, hardware, and fixture repairs
- Maintain an organized, clean, and properly stocked company work van
- Communicate professionally with residents, property owners, vendors, and team members
- Work independently in the field while managing assigned inspections and work orders efficiently
- Hands-on property maintenance, make-ready, apartment maintenance, handyman, construction, or similar experience
- General knowledge of common residential repairs and maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify property issues
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Ability to use a smartphone and mobile applications to document work
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate a company vehicle
- Ability to perform the physical requirements associated with residential property inspections and minor maintenance work
