You will be part of a high-performance team designing, installing, and maintaining state-of-the-art communications and AV systems across the United States.

No two days are the same.

You will:

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced AV systems
• Run low-voltage, fiber, and structured cabling
• Work across multiple trades:
  • Electrical
  • Carpentry
  • Drywall
  • Flooring
  • Ceiling systems
• Build, modify, and finish spaces as part of full system deployments
• Travel nationwide to job sites (sometimes for extended periods)
• Solve problems in real-time with minimal hand-holding
• Work directly with project managers and field teams to execute at a high level
• Document your work and maintain clean, professional installs

• Minimum 2+ years hands-on field experience
• AV, electrical, trades, mechanical, or similar
• Strong working knowledge of:
  • Tools, materials, and jobsite environments
  • Cable pulling, routing, and termination (preferred)
• Ability to learn fast and adapt faster
• Willingness to travel and work long, demanding days when needed
• High level of accountability—no babysitting required
• Strong communication and professionalism on job sites
• Physically capable (lifting, climbing, working at heights)

• Electrical license or certification
• AV / IT / low-voltage experience
